Lace on Lace

When I got this top, I only had one look in mind, and that included a pair high waisted jeans, in any colour... but browsing my closet, 

I came across this skirt from oh so many years ago and I love how the lace, the patterns and the colours compliment each other, 

so this "peplum dress" like outfit was born...

As for my hair, I wanted to try something a little different. I usually braid my hair anyway, so this time for a bit of a fresh look, 

I did a double braid which turned into one when they met...
